  • 0 to -2.00 diopters (mild prescription): 1.56 index recommended
  • -2.00 to -4.00 diopters (moderate prescription): 1.61 index recommended
  • -4.00 to -6.00 diopters (strong prescription): 1.67 index recommended
  • Above -6.00 diopters (very strong prescription): 1.74 index recommended
