Order Processing & Lens Preparation
•    Prescription Glasses: Each pair is custom-made. Please allow 3–5 business days for lens fitting and quality checks before your order is shipped.
•    Sunglasses & Non-Prescription Products: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

1. Standard Shipping (ePacket)
•    Asia: 5–7 business days (after processing)
•    North America / Europe / Oceania: 7–14 business days (after processing)
•    Tracking number provided
2. Economy Shipping (Air Registered Mail)
•    For countries not covered by e-Express
•    Delivery time: 10–20 business days (after processing)
•    Tracking number provided
3. Express Shipping (DHL / UPS)
•    Worldwide coverage
•    Delivery time: 2–5 business days (after processing)
•    Additional charges apply (calculated at checkout)

Customs Duties & Taxes
•    United States: Orders under US$800 are generally duty-free.
•    European Union / UK: Please note that VAT and import duties are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable VAT, import duties, and handling fees charged by local customs or courier services (e.g., DHL/UPS) upon delivery.
•    Other regions: Import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery, depending on local customs regulations.
