Choosing the Right Lens
- 0 to -2.00 diopters (mild prescription): 1.56 index recommended
- -2.00 to -4.00 diopters (moderate prescription): 1.61 index recommended
- -4.00 to -6.00 diopters (strong prescription): 1.67 index recommended
- Above -6.00 diopters (very strong prescription): 1.74 index recommended
Important Note:
* Prescription strength may also be shown as “sphere (SPH)” in your eye test results. For example, -2.00 SPH ≈ -2.00 diopters
* No Prescription (Frame Only): Your glasses will arrive with acrylic demo lenses. These lenses may feature printed brand specifications and are intended solely to maintain the frame's shape. They are not designed for daily wear. We recommend visiting a local optician to have them replaced
* CR39 Index Options: If you select any CR39 option (1.56 - 1.74), your glasses will arrive with premium, crystal-clear optical lenses. These are custom-fitted, free of any printing, and ready for immediate wear

FAQ
Can I add prescription lenses to these frames?
Yes. Most O'S OPTICAL frames can be fitted with prescription lenses, except for selected sunglasses styles. If you are not sure whether a frame supports prescription lenses, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I send my prescription after ordering?
Yes, absolutely. You can provide your prescription details after placing your order. To ensure accuracy, simply send a clear copy of your optical prescription along with your order number through any of the following channels:
- Email: osoptical.contact@gmail.com

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping generally takes 5 to 15 business days. Our products are dispatched directly from our facilities in Hong Kong or mainland China. If your order includes customized prescription lenses, please allow an additional 3 business days for our opticians to precisely craft and fit your lenses before the order is shipped.
What if the glasses do not fit?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you purchase sunglasses or non-prescription frames, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt, provided they have no obvious signs of wear and are in their original condition.
However, please note that prescription lenses are custom-made to your specific visual requirements; therefore, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once crafted. If you experience any issues with the fit or your new prescription, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will gladly assist you in finding a solution.
Product FAQ
- Will titanium frames cause skin allergies?
No,pure titanium is 100% hypoallergenic. If you have sensitive skin or have experienced allergic reactions to nickel or other metal alloys in the past, our titanium collection is the safest and most comfortable choice for all-day wear.
- Are rimless titanium glasses durable?
Rimless titanium glasses are designed to feel minimal and lightweight while still offering reliable daily comfort. Because rimless frames expose more of the lens edge, we recommend handling them with care and choosing the right lens index for your prescription.
- Can I get rimless glasses if I have a high prescription?
A: Yes, but lens selection is crucial. For high prescriptions, standard 1.61 lenses may appear too thick on the edges of a rimless frame. We highly recommend upgrading to high-index lenses (such as 1.67 or 1.74) to ensure an ultra-thin, aesthetically pleasing, and lightweight finish that perfectly complements the minimalist design.
